Honeywell International (HON) lowered its Q4 adjusted earnings guidance Monday to between $2.48 and $2.58 per share, from a range of $2.52 to $2.62, to account for the spin-off of Solstice Advanced Materials (SOLS).
Analysts polled by FactSet expect $2.54.
For the full year 2025, the company projects adjusted earnings of $9.70 to $9.80 per share, compared with a previous guidance of $10.60 to $10.70.
Analysts surveyed by FactSet expect $10.43.
Shares of the company were down 2.1% in recent Monday premarket activity.
