Versant Media (VSNTV) is set to join the S&P SmallCap 600 index, effective before market-open on Jan. 6, 2026, the S&P Dow Jones Indices said late Tuesday.
Versant Media will replace Brandywine Realty Trust (BDN), according to a statement.
Comcast (CMCSA) is spinning off Versant Media in a deal expected to be closed on Jan. 5, according to S&P.
