China Galaxy Securities (HKG:6881, SHA:601881) or CGS renewed its framework agreement with its controlling shareholder, China Galaxy Financial Holdings, according to a Hong Kong filing on Tuesday.
The securities broker's Hong Kong shares rose less than 1% during Wednesday's morning trade.
The current contract will expire at the end of the year.
The framework agreement will include the conducting of securities and financial products transactions from Jan. 1, 2026 to Dec. 31, 2028.
