Dear Life (TYO:3245) said its board has decided to issue a bank-guaranteed private placement bond to fund working capital, according to a Tuesday filing on the Tokyo Stock Exchange.
The bond will be the company's 10th unsecured issue, with a total amount of 500 million yen and a five-year term. It is scheduled to be issued on Dec/ 26, and will mature on Dec. 26, 2030, with redemption in a lump sum at maturity.
