BKV (BKV) said Tuesday it filed a resale registration covering up to about 5.2 million shares that may be sold by a selling stockholder from time to time.
The company said it is not selling any shares and will not receive proceeds from any sale.
Shares of the company were down by almost 2% in recent Wednesday's premarket activity.
