Mooreast (SGX:1V3) signed a memorandum of understanding with Norway-based GMC on securing offshore wind and oil and gas opportunities across Norway and the North Sea, according to a Tuesday filing with the Singapore Exchange.
Both parties will now work to establish a framework to explore joint opportunities, share expertise and offer anchoring, mooring and engineering solutions for the Norwegian offshore marketplace.
