Dermata Therapeutics (DRMA) said Wednesday it agreed to sell 2.02 million shares, along with related Series C and short-term Series D warrants, in a private placement priced at $2.04 a share, with gross proceeds of as much as $12.4 million.
The stock fell 20% as intraday volume topped 617,800 shares, compared with the daily average of 537,661.
Aptevo Therapeutics (APVO) will implement a 1-for-18 reverse stock split, effective at the start of trading on Tuesday.
The shares fell 38% as intraday volume topped 13.6 million, compared with the daily average of 2.09 million.
