Raffles Education (SGX:NR7) issued and allotted 11.5 million conversion shares at SG$0.065 per share to raise around SG$749,197, according to a Wednesday filing with the Singapore Exchange.
Shares of the education services company were up nearly 1% in Friday trading.
Following the allotment and issuance of the shares, the company's share capital has increased to around 1.53 billion shares.
The new shares were listed and quoted on Dec. 26, the filing added.
