Construction firm AGI Infra (BOM:539042, NSE:AGIIL) has received registration from the Real Estate Regulatory Authority, Punjab, for its commercial project "Urbana Square" located at Village Pholriwal in Jalandhar, according to an Indian bourse filing on Thursday.
The project comprises 142 commercial shops and 218 office spaces, taking the total inventory to 360 units, the filing said.
The registration is valid until Sept. 1, 2027.
Shares of AGI Infra were down nearly 1% in Friday's trade.
