West African Resources (ASX:WAF) received notice that Morgan Stanley and its units are no longer substantial holders of the company from Dec. 22, according to a Monday filing with the Australian bourse.
Morgan Stanley became a substantial holder of the company on Dec. 3, with a 7.96% voting power, an earlier filing showed.
