Autosports Group (ASX:ASG) has completed the acquisition of ten Barry Bourke Motors dealerships in Victoria by its unit Autosports Castle Hill for about AU$32.8 million, according to a Monday Australian bourse filing.
The consideration includes AU$29 million for goodwill and approximately AU$3.8 million for net tangible assets, plant and equipment.
The company said that AU$$14 million of the purchase consideration was in the form of ASG shares issued at a price of AU$4.50. The cash portion of the purchase consideration was funded by existing debt facilities.
The ten dealerships are Audi, Volvo Cars, Jaguar Land Rover, Geely, GMSV, LDV, Peugeot, Renault, and Suzuki in Berwick, and Jaguar Land Rover in Doncaster, the filing added.
