Top Bright's (TPE:8499) unit, Long Young Electronic (Kunshan), disposed of structured deposits with China CITIC Bank (SHA:601998) totaling 100 million yuan.
The transaction generated a profit of NT$1.3 million, according to a Monday Taiwan Exchange filing.
The disposal was for short-term investment purposes, the company said.
