OneRobotics (Shenzhen) (HKG:6600) raised HK$1.54 billion in net proceeds from its Hong Kong initial public offering after pricing the shares above the midpoint of the indicative range.
The home robotics systems provider issued 22.2 million shares at HK$73.80 each, above the HK$72 midpoint of the HK$63 to HK$81 range, according to a Monday disclosure.
The Hong Kong public offering was 254.5 times oversubscribed, but the allocation was kept at 2.22 million shares. The international tranche was 8.9 times subscribed, with 20 million shares issued.
Nine cornerstone investors subscribed to 9.48 million shares in the IPO.
OneRobotics will start trading on the Hong Kong bourse today, Dec. 30.
