Shanghai Longcheer Technology (SHA:603341) passed its listing hearing with the Hong Kong bourse, paving the way for its proposed initial public offering in the city to proceed.
The smart device manufacturer plans to use the IPO proceeds to increase production capacity, support research and development, expand domestic and international marketing efforts, fund mergers and acquisitions, and boost working capital, according to its post-hearing information pack.
