XD (HKG:2400) unit XD Entertainment will acquire the right, title, and interest in and to various assets from Runic Games and Arc Games for $37.2 million, according to a Monday Hong Kong bourse filing.
Shares of the gaming firm were up over 3% in Tuesday afternoon trading.
The assets include games; Torchlight technology, documentation, and IP; transferred contracts; all social media accounts; goodwill; among other components.
