Cognyte Software (CGNT) said Wednesday that it has signed agreements with Bank Hapoalim and Bank Leumi Le-Israel to extend its credit arrangements until Jan. 31, 2028, from Jan. 31, 2026.
The company said the agreements have also been amended, and the banks will now provide it with an aggregate credit line of $65 million.
As of Tuesday, the company has not borrowed any amount under either credit facility, it said.
Cognyte Software shares were up 1.9% in recent Wednesday premarket activity.
