Ecopetrol (EC) said Monday the Union Sindical Obrera, a trade union, has filed a complaint with the Ministry of Labor in Colombia to begin the renegotiation of its collective bargaining agreement with the company.
Ecopetrol said it will wait for certain administrative steps to be completed by the ministry, after which the trade union is expected to present a list of requests that would guide the negotiations.
