Fantasia Holdings Group (HKG:1777) said it renewed an engineering and pre-delivery property management services agreement with Colour Life Services Group (HKG:1778), according to a Hong Kong bourse filing Monday.
Shares of the property developer fell over 1% in afternoon trade Tuesday, while Colour Life was down nearly 3%.
The agreement was extended for three years until Dec. 31, 2028, the firm said.
