Shareholders of Sinohealth (HKG:2361) will meet Jan. 15, 2026, to vote on the proposed change of its English name to Sinohealth Technology, according to a Tuesday Hong Kong bourse filing.
The name change is also subject to regulatory approvals, the healthcare service provider said.
The new name will better reflect the firm's position and direction of future development following an upgrade in its strategy and product portfolio.
