Bravura Solutions (ASX:BVS) said Colin Greenhill has officially commenced his role as group chief executive as of Jan. 1, based in the company's London office, according to a Friday filing with the Australian bourse.
Shezad Okhai stepped down as interim CEO on the same day and resumed his position as a non-executive director, the filing added.
