MOIL Revises Manganese Ore Prices Across Grades for January

MOIL (NSE:MOIL, BOM:533286) has revised prices of manganese ore and related products effective Jan. 1, according to a same-day stock exchange filing.

Prices of all ferro grades, both with manganese content of 44% and above and below 44%, were increased by 3% compared with levels prevailing since Dec. 1, the filing said.

Prices of silico manganese grades (SMGR) with Mn-30% content and fines were raised by 5%, while SMGR Mn-25% grades were cut by 5% and SMGR Mn-20% grades by 10%.

The basic price of electrolytic manganese dioxide (EMD) was reduced by 5,000 rupees per metric ton to 190,000 rupees per metric ton.

Shares of the company rose over 2% in Friday's trade.
