Mesoblast Says Chair to Retire, Successor Appointed; Shares Up 3%

Mesoblast (ASX:MSB) said Jane Bell will retire as chair, and its board unanimously appointed Philip Facchina as non-executive chair, according to a Friday Australian bourse filing.

Bell will remain on the board as a non-executive director, the filing said.

The biotechnology company's shares rose almost 3% in recent trading on Friday.
