Automobile manufacturer Bajaj Auto's (NSE:BAJAJ-AUTO, BOM:532977) total sales rose 14% to 369,809 units in December from 323,125 units sold a year ago, according to a Friday filing to the Indian stock exchanges.
Domestic sales in December rose 4% year on year to 169,373 units, while exports rose 25% to 200,436 units.
The company's two-wheeler sales in December increased 14% year-over-year to 310,353 units, while commercial vehicle sales rose 17% to 59,456 units.
