MT Newswires Live01-05

Liberty Energy (LBRT) and Vantage Data Centers announced Monday a strategic partnership to create and manage up to one gigawatt of high-efficiency power systems for North American data centers.

The infrastructure will be owned and operated by Liberty Power Innovations to provide long-term services for cloud and artificial intelligence workloads, the companies said.

The agreement includes a commitment for 400 megawatts of power generation capacity in 2027 with a target to reach the full gigawatt capacity within five years, they added.

The companies also said the partnership utilizes integrated power generation and load management technology to support facilities in regions where the existing electrical grid is limited.

Liberty shares were up by over 8% in recent Monday premarket activity.
