Xinjiang Bai Hua Cun Pharma (SHA:600721) said plans to change control of the company were terminated after its controlling shareholders and actual controllers were not able to reach an agreement, according to a Shanghai bourse filing on Wednesday.
The company resumed trading on Wednesday after being suspended since Dec. 29, 2025, following the initial announcement.
The pharmaceutical company's shares slumped 10% in recent trade.
