Gemdale's (SHA:600383) sales amount plunged 54% year over year to 2.40 billion yuan in December 2025, while its sales area slid 61% year over year to 165,000 square meters, according to a Thursday disclosure to the Shanghai bourse.
For the whole of 2025, sales fell 56% YOY to 30 billion yuan, while sales area declined 52% to 2.3 million square meters.
