China Southern Power Grid Energy Storage (SHA:600995) completed the filing procedures for an equity investment fund that has a registered capital of 14 billion yuan, according to a Wednesday disclosure on the Shanghai bourse.
The CSG-ICBC Dual-Carbon (Shenzhen) Equity Investment Fund Partnership (Limited Partnership) was established in September 2025 with other investors.
The Chinese state-owned power company's capital contribution represented 7.14% of the fund's size.
The company's shares rose less than 2% during the morning trade.
