The financing comes from "global sophisticated financial institutions," including Bank of America, Citibank and Apollo, which have "decades of experience financing companies and borrowers in history's largest, most complicated transactions," Paramount says. Warner expressed doubt yesterday about whether that financing would remain in place through the transaction's close.
