Apogee Enterprises (APOG) said Wednesday Chief Financial Officer Matthew Osberg is resigning to explore "another professional opportunity."
The company has named Chief Accounting Officer Mark Augdahl as interim CFO, effective immediately.
Apogee said Osberg will remain with the company though Jan. 16 as it looks for a permanent finance chief.
