Mercedes Shares Gain After Nvidia Deal -- Market Talk

1012 GMT - Shares in Mercedes-Benz rise after Nvidia said the German automaker would be the first company to use the chip company's software to power new driver-assistance features. New driverless cars featuring the technology will roll out under the Mercedes-Benz CLA brand in the U.S. over the coming months, before a wider release in Europe and Asia. Mercedes-Benz gains 1.5% while Daimler Truck--in which Mercedes-Benz owns a 36% stake--jumps 3.9%. (josephmichael.stonor@wsj.com)
