Compass (COMP) said Thursday it priced a $850 million private offering of 0.25% convertible senior notes due April 15, 2031, upsized from a previously planned $750 million.
Initial purchasers have an overallotment option to purchase up to an additional $150 million of the notes.
The company expects the offering to close by Friday and plans to use the net proceeds for general corporate purposes.
