China First Capital Group (HKG:1269) said an initial batch of creditors entered an agreement to support its debt restructuring plan, according to a Hong Kong bourse filing Monday.
Under the plan, the creditors would swap their debt for cash and shares of the company.
Shares of the automobile parts company were up nearly 15% in pre-market trade.
