Integrated Media Technology (IMTE) said Tuesday it received an additional delisting determination letter from the Listing Qualifications Staff of Nasdaq.
The company got the letter as it did not file a Form 6-K with an interim balance sheet and income statement as of the end of Q2, according to a statement.
The company said it will present its case regarding this additional deficiency in writing no later than Jan. 9.
