GitLab Chief Technology Officer Sabrina Farmer is resigning effective Friday.
She will continue to receive her base salary until the end of the month in exchange for advising the company through January and agreeing to a general release of claims in favor of GitLab, the software company said Monday.
Her departure was not the result of any disagreement with the company, it said.
GitLab did not share information about a search for her successor.
