Generac (GNRC) said Monday that it acquired a new facility in Wisconsin, expanding its manufacturing footprint for commercial and industrial products.
The company said it expects the new facility to help it meet the increasing demand for backup power generators and energy solutions. The facility is expected to open in Q4 and employ more than 100 manufacturing staff.
Shares of Generac were up more than 3% in recent Monday trading.
