AerCap (AER) said Monday it executed 371 lease agreements, 145 purchases, and 189 sales of aircraft, engines, and helicopters throughout 2025.
The company secured approximately $13.2 billion in financing transactions over the course of the year, it said.
Insurance payments totaling roughly $1.5 billion were collected, primarily stemming from a court judgment regarding assets lost in Russia, the company said.
AerCap bought back 22.1 million shares for about $2.4 billion during the year and declared a quarterly dividend of $0.27 per share, it added.
During Q4, the firm completed 122 leases and 78 sales while signing $8.5 billion in new financing, AerCap added.
Shares of the company were up by nearly 1% in recent Monday premarket activity.
