Logistics and transportation company ABC India (BOM:520123) has received board approval to voluntarily delist its equity shares from The Calcutta Stock Exchange in India, according to a BSE filing on Tuesday.

The company's shares will remain listed and traded on the BSE, which is a nationwide stock exchange in India.

The company's shares were up over 5% in recent trade.
