CDT Environmental Technology Investment Holdings (CDTG) entered into share subscription agreements with six investors for a private placement of 2 million class A ordinary shares at $0.50 each.
Three investors completed subscriptions totaling 1.2 million shares, with the remaining subscriptions expected to close in January or February, the company said Tuesday in a statement.
