OneSpaWorld reduced its 2025 outlook as it issued guidance for the coming year and said it completed a reorganization of its operations in the U.K. and Italy.

The health and wellness services company on Monday said it now expects revenue of $958.5 million to $963.5 million in 2025, compared with a prior outlook of $960 million to $965 million. Analysts surveyed by FactSet had expected $962.3 million.

For the fourth quarter, revenue is now projected to come in between $239.5 million and $244.5 million, compared with a previous view of $241 million to $246 million. Wall Street had modeled $243.6 million.

"We ended 2025 with exceptional onboard performance for our New Year's cruises, and we begin 2026 strongly positioned, expecting continued momentum, as we advance growth initiatives, deliver innovative products and services, provide exceptional passenger experiences, and operate additional health and wellness centers on new ship builds," Chief Executive Leonard Fluxman said.

Looking ahead, the company guided for revenue of $1.01 billion to $1.03 billion in 2026, compared with analyst views for $1.04 billion.

Finance chief Stephen Lazarus noted the reorganization of the company's operations in the U.K and Italy will bring more focus to its strategic priorities. The company is also in the process of exiting its land-based health and wellness center operations in Asia.
