Concord Healthcare's (HKG:2453) president, Fu Xiao, resigned effective Monday due to changes in duties, according to a same-day Hong Kong bourse filing.
Fu will act as an adviser to the company, as well as continuing as an executive director.
The firm, on the same day, named Jiang Wei as its new president. Jiang joined the group in 2020.
