STAG Industrial (STAG) said late Thursday it declared a quarterly dividend of $0.3875 per common share.
The company transitioned to quarterly dividends from a monthly schedule, according to a statement.
The record date for the first quarter dividend is March 31, and the payment date is April 15, the company added.
