National Storage REIT (ASX:NSR) said that Goldman Sachs Group and its units became substantial shareholders on Tuesday, according to a Friday filing with the Australian bourse.
Goldman Sachs now owns 73.8 million fully paid units stapled securities in the company, representing a 5.25% total voting power, the filing said.
