Source Natural Foods and Herbal Supplements (BOM:531398) has received board approval to incorporate a wholly-owned subsidiary to develop, implement, own, operate, and maintain grid-connected Solar photovoltaic power projects, according to a BSE filing on Monday.
The incorporation is subject to approval by India's Ministry of Corporate Affairs and other regulatory authorities.
The company's shares were up nearly 6% in recent trade.
