Cemtrex completed its acquisition of a Texas military engineering firm. Shares gained 35.5% to $3.94 in after-hours trading Thursday.
Olin cut its fourth-quarter outlook, citing a slowdown in operations at its Freeport, Texas, facility and a decline in chlorine demand. The stock fell 7.8% to $20.80 after the bell.
Pacira BioSciences' preliminary revenue results for the year were lower than analysts were expecting. Shares declined 9.7% to $23.50.
Tilray Brands said a potential rescheduling of marijuana in the U.S. could boost its medical cannabis business. Shares advanced 7.8% to $9.85.
