Chinese humanoid robot manufacturers formed the majority of the 13,000 units shipped worldwide in 2025, Bloomberg reported Thursday, citing research company Omdia.
Topping the list is Shanghai AgiBot Innovation Technology with 5,168 robots in 2025, followed by Unitree Robotics and UBTech Robotics (HKG:9880), the report said.
"Chinese vendors are setting benchmarks in large-scale production," the report cited Omdia as saying.
Global sales ballooned more than five times from 2024, according to the report.
The humanoid robot market is seen to soar to 648 million in 2050, Bloomberg reported, citing Citigroup.
