1139 ET - If or when Hispanic spending could begin to improve is difficult for Constellation Brands to predict, says Chief Executive Bill Newlands on an analyst call. "You see a lot of volatility state by state, depending on what is going on with immigration policy in particular markets," Newlands says. Newlands adds that demand is likely to remain volatile moving forward. "We're cautiously optimistic that we're on sort of the plateau of where the business will be. But it's been really tough to judge," he says. (nicholas.miller@wsj.com)
