Inspur Digital Enterprise Technology Chairman Resigns, Successor Appointed; Shares Jump 10%

Inspur Digital Enterprise Technology (HKG:0596) said chairman Zhao Zhen has resigned from his roles with effect from Jan. 9 due to personal work commitments, according to a Hong Kong bourse filing.

Shares of the firm were up over 10% in Monday morning trade.

The board appointed Wei Daisen as chairman with effect from the same date.

Wei has been with the group since 2021 and has held senior management roles across Inspur's enterprise software business, the filing said.
