China Merchants Shekou Industrial Zone (SHE:001979) posted a contracted sales amount of 25.8 billion yuan in December 2025.
The contracted sales area during the month reached 977,200 square meters, according to a Saturday filing on the Shenzhen bourse.
In 2025, the property manager recorded a contracted sales amount of 196.0 billion yuan after selling contracted area measuring 7.2 million square meters.
Shares of Merchants Shekou were down 1% in recent trade.
