Hong Kong's economy is expected to have grown by 3.5% in the final quarter of 2025, slowing from 3.8% in the third quarter of the year, The Standard reported Thursday, citing a forecast from the University of Hong Kong.
The pace of growth is expected to slow further this quarter to 3.1%, the report said.
For the full year of 2026, the economy is expected to grow between 2.5% and 3%, below the 3.4% rise estimated by the university for 2025.
