Hospitality company Royal Orchid Hotels (NSE:ROHLTD, BOM:532699) has signed a deal for a 43-room hotel called Regenta Place in the city of Udaipur in Rajasthan, India, according to a Monday filing to the Indian stock exchanges.
The hotel will be operated under a hotel management agreement in line with the company's asset-light growth strategy. The property is being developed by Mokkshi Hospitality & Services.
The hotel is expected to open by March 2026 under the Regenta Place brand.
The company's shares were down nearly 2% in recent trade.
